HELP US MAKE INTIMATE, INTELLIGENT AND SHIMMERING CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Blue Ceiling dance will be presenting its most ambitious work, 8 minutes 17 seconds, at Theatre Centre January 23-26, 2020 as part of DanceWorks CoWorks Series in Toronto. See our NEWS page for more details on the production
We hope you can be part of it too, by making a small donation to the project.
One of the most exciting things about this project is the involvement of scientists in the research and creation process, and in activities surrounding the performances. We will have pre- and post-show chats with astrophysicists, social scientists and biologists reflecting on their work and the dance, we are offering a PWYC community matinee and an affordable student preview performance. To make these events a success we need your help.
Our fundraising goal for 8 minutes 17 seconds is $5000, a modest but significant amount to a small company like Blue Ceiling dance. Your donation will sponsor 100 student tickets and workshop fees, subsidize the PWYC matinee, and fund outreach to schools and new audiences.
You can donate to Blue Ceiling dance through our presenting partner, DanceWorks:
